Last week our staff had privilege of spending time with the founders of the Ho’opuka Learning Center in Kapaia. The Ho’opuka Learning Center (HLC) is a free after school program designed to teach Kauai’s youth all aspects of Hawaiian culture with a focus on geography, sustainable agriculture, and Hawaiian history. Kauai ATV has partnered with the HLC through the BIOBUG program and several training initiatives. Guests of Kauai ATV can support the Ho’opuka Learning Center by upgrading to biodiesel BIOBUGS for a $10 per person donation. 100% of the donation goes directly to the HLC for their curriculum needs. We encourage guests and friends to support alternative fuel production in Hawaii and invest in the youth of Kauai by participating in the BIOBUG program!
